However, if you’re unsure, you can contact your Local Planning Office. – Royce Cube Pergolas require self-assembly. This is relatively easy if 2-3 people are available to support the sections whilst being fastened together. Build time is approximately 2 hours. It is recommended to secure the pergola to the ground. A flat, solid, hard surface – such as a concrete base – is ideal. (We have contact information for a local installation team that we can recommend for your gazebo to be built accurately. Their installations are quoted in advance and typically require a 2-3-person team. Please enquire via 01603 717600.) – Also, if you plan to purchase optional privacy screens (sold separately) you will need to drill into the Pergola top and legs in order to attach these securely. Instructions are provided and this is a relatively straight-forward task. – Due to the size, weight and length of Gazebos and Pergolas, they usually have to be delivered. This is usually in our own vehicle for distances up to 70 miles from Norwich NR13 4LQ. For distances over 70 miles, please contact us on 01603 717600 to discuss delivery options. Whether being delivered or collected by the customer, as relatively bulky items, most stock is stored at our off-site warehouse.
